SUNCARE ADVISOR
Suncare Central leads the way in Suncare advice and protection, our mission is to advise as many peoples as possible and fundamentally make sure they have a really great sun-safe holiday.

What will you be doing?
As a Suncare Advisor you will be part of a great team, advising guests around the swimming pools in hotels about the sun’s effects and on how to look after themselves, thus being directly responsible for their well-being during their holiday. There are no two guests the same so you will advise each person accordingly. You will promote the best 100% Natural and Organic lotions on the market and will give these guests ongoing and continued support and advice.
You will be trained in and by Suncare Central, one of the world’s leading suncare groups, to become a first class Suncare Advisor and you will become a fundamental part of our fun and friendly team, making sure the guests at the pools have a truly memorable sun-safe holiday.

What are we looking for?
Ideally you would have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills and abilities.
An enthusiastic, energetic character, willing to learn.
The desire to help people.
Approachable, confident and excellently presented.
Self-motivated (although we all form part of a team)
Previous experience in Customer focused roles.
The ability to thrive in a team environment but also independently.
A flexible approach and ability to respond to customer needs

Experience in sales… however we have an excellent, fun training programme that will bring you up to speed in no time at all.

SUNCARE SUPERVISOR

What will you be doing?
As a Suncare Supervisor you will be heading a team of up to eight Advisors, helping them to carry out their jobs on poolside as best they can. You will be responsible for training them from the beginning and then supporting them throughout the season. You will be the Area Manager’s right hand, aiding with rotas, accounting, banking, systems, team management and assessments throughout the season. You will be a fundamental part of a great team, both advising guests around the swimming pools in hotels and also helping and directing your team.
You will be trained in and by Suncare Central, one of the world’s leading Suncare groups, to become a first class Suncare Advisor AND Supervisor and you will become a crucial part of our fun and friendly team, ensuring the Company Standards are adhered to, the Customer Service levels are exceptional and that the team gives their all, whilst achieving the targets.

The Supervisor does the job of a great Advisor AND supports their team…not an easy task…could you do it?

What are we looking for?
Ideally you would have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills and abilities.
An enthusiastic, energetic character, willing to learn.

Approachable and confident and excellently presented.
Self-motivated (although we all form part of a team)
Previous experience in Customer focussed roles.
Experience in managing teams.
A flexible approach and ability to respond to customer needs.
A clean driving licence

A working knowledge of Spanish.
Knowledge of other languages such as German and/or Scandinavian languages.

LIVING ABROAD
If you are looking to relocate and work as a Suncare Supervisor all of our resorts are in warm countries and that means hot, dry summers and warm springs and autumns. During the summer, in most of our resorts, temperatures never go below 20 degrees, so you live your life outdoors with beaches, excursions, nights out & FUN!
Going out for a night is a lot cheaper than in Northern Europe as many of our team members find out. Spain and Portugal are some of the cheapest places to live in the EU (and the Canary Islands is a special low tax zone!).

Tired of working in a dark office? What about changing that for a beautiful place by the sea and working outdoors while meeting a lot of new people? We are proud to say that we have some of the most beautifully-tanned teams in the world! You will have the best tan you have had in years, or perhaps ever, because you will be working in the sun and will be protected with the best lotions on the market! With the added advantage of having the knowledge to get your best tan and to help our customers too.

A happy team makes everyone’s job a lot easier because we all get along well. The ambience in our teams is always great; we are positive and we love what we do!
This is a fun job to do! Your Area Manager is trained in team building and support to help the team develop and that is one thing we are all proud of…having happy teams. Many team members, from fellow Suncare Advisors to Supervisors to your local network support of Area Manager will be very experienced in what they do. You will receive full training before you start your job and always be supported by the rest of your team! We will teach you what we do before you do it!

GROWING COMPANY

LOCATION
We work in the sun and only in beach resorts, so a swim after work, a run on a beach or a coffee at a seaside hut are all easy to do after your work has ended.

GREAT ON YOUR CV
Our positions will look great on your CV, you will be training and developing your skills on sales and customer service. The working hours are great with time to have your fun and of course you will be earning too. Suncare Central is a great reference on your CV as you will be able to showcase skills that you could not learn in other jobs.

CAREER PROGRESSION
Most of our Area Managers started in the company as Suncare Advisors; so they understand the role and the day to day experiences that you will have. We are always looking for people who have what it takes to fill our more senior roles such as Team Leader, Supervisor, Area Manager and beyond. Show us that you have what it takes to be a great Suncare Advisor, take the step to working abroad and having a real life change. We will be happy to train you and develop you as we grow together.

FULL SUPPORT
Yes, you will get training when you start your job and we also have regular meetings to improve your development and listen to your ideas too. This extra weekly training will be very specific to your resort, your clients and your team, so make the most of the learning opportunity at each one to help develop you and your skills.
We often run additional incentive schemes as well and these will be explained to you in resort. Who knows you may be able to add great ideas into the pot as well to help us develop our incentive packages.

WINTER POSITIONS
"OK I live in Mallorca and have loved working with Suncare Central. It is my dream job and I would love to stay with the company but I would also love to travel. Is there any options or potential for me to expand and experience other resorts around the world?" We just love to hear that comment and we do, again and again. We do have resorts that function year-round, so if you would like to consider this as your permanent job, let us know as soon as possible as we love planning ahead.
